Saturday's feature race at Oaklawn Park is the Smarty Jones Stakes where the winner will receive 10 points on the Road to the Kentucky Derby. The races features an evenly-matched field with Brad Cox's #5 Rancho Santa Fe as the 5/2 morning line favorite. Meanwhile, trainer Kenny McPeek's entry #1 Universe (3/1) is coming off consecutive runner-up finishes in graded stakes in the Street Sense (G3) and Kentucky Jockey Club (G2). However, they will have to contend with a host of challengers including #3 Boca Beach Club (4/1) who is stretching out to two turns for the first time after a runner-up finish in the Advent Stakes.
