FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. There will be one Saratoga Late Pick 5 promotion offered each Saturday and Sunday during the Saratoga Race Course meet.
2. To qualify for the Saratoga Late Pick 5 a NYRA Bets account holder must select the first-place finisher in each of the 5 designated races through their NYRA Bets account.
3. For each Saratoga Late Pick 5, a bonus of $1,000,000 will be awarded to the NYRA Bets account holder with a winning Saratoga Late Pick 5 ticket “Winner” if:
   1. the total gross handle exceeds $500,000.
   2. all legs of the relevant Saratoga Late Pick 5 are deemed officially completed.
   3. the relevant Saratoga Late Pick 5 is won by a ticket purchased by a NYRA Bets account holder.
   4. the relevant Saratoga Late Pick 5 winning ticket is placed through a NYRA Bets account.
   5. there are no other persons with a Saratoga Late Pick 5 winning ticket.
4. An opt-in to this promotion is not required.
5. Winning ticket(s) must be made using an account holder’s NYRA Bets Account only (nyrabets.com, m.nyrabets.com or through the NYRA Bets App).
6. Bets placed by a NYRA Bets Live Operator do not qualify for the promotion.
7. Bets placed through any ADW outlet other than NYRA Bets do not qualify for the promotion.
8. No Bonus will be awarded if a dead heat occurs resulting in multiple winning tickets.
9. No bonus will be awarded if all 5 legs of the Saratoga Late Pick 5 are not deemed officially completed, a race is determined to be a no contest, or if a race in the sequence is canceled.
10. No Bonus will be awarded if the Saratoga Late Pick 5’s total gross handle is less than $500,000.
11. The Winner will receive the maximum bonus of $1,000,000, in the event that they placed a wager exceeding the base amount or if their winning ticket contained multiple winning combinations.
12. The Winner will receive the maximum bonus of $1,000,000, in the event that they placed multiple wagers resulting in multiple winning tickets in their NYRA Bets account.
13. The Winner will receive the bonus amount of $1,000,000, in addition to the mutuel payout for the winning ticket.
14. The Winner is responsible for any taxes in relation to the bonus and the mutuel payout for the winning ticket.
15. The bonus will be credited within 5 business days following confirmation of a single winner to Winner’s NYRA Bets account.
16. Employees, Officers or Directors of The New York Racing Association, Inc. are not eligible to win the promotion.
17. Promotion will not be modified or terminated without prior consent from the NYSGC.
18. Promotion dates: July 22-23, 29-30, August 5-6, 12-13, 19-20, 26-27, September 2-3.
