To qualify, a NYRA Bets account holder must opt-in to the Hit & Split Promotion and place a Late Pick 3 wager on Aqueduct and/or Oaklawn Park. If an account holder makes a single qualifying Late Pick 3 wager and the wager wins, they will split a share of $2,500 for the Hit & Split Promotion. Only one qualifying ticket will be credited a share of $2,500 per track. If there is only one winning Late Pick 3 ticket, the qualified account holder will get the entire $5,000 (max bonus). The dollar value of each account holder’s share will be determined by the amount of other account holders qualifying Late Pick 3 winning wagers. Bonuses will be deposited as a wagering credit and cannot be withdrawn. Wagers placed by telephone will not qualify for the promotion.
